Summary:
The Athletic Trainer Manager will be responsible for overseeing the athletic training program within the organization. This role involves managing a team of athletic trainers, implementing injury prevention strategies, providing immediate care to injured athletes, and coordinating rehabilitation and recovery plans. 5. Provide immediate care to injured athletes during practices and competitions.

8. Maintain accurate and updated medical records of all athletes.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the Board of Certification (BOC).
3. Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Athletic Trainer.
4. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Athletic Trainer, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
5. Strong knowledge of sports medicine, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques.
6. Proficient in assessing and diagnosing sports-related injuries.
